Karla joined Ingerman in 2008 as a Property Manager in which she was responsible for handling the daily operations of the residential community. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Senior Property Manager, then District Manager, and ultimately, Regional Manager.  In her current role as the Regional Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. Karla’s swift ascension was due to a combination of multiple successful lease-ups in affordable and luxury communities, capital improvement renovations, and exceptional operation management focusing on optimizing results and prioritizing employee satisfaction.

Karla has eighteen years of experience in the property management industry. She is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese. Karla earned a degree in Business Administration from Pacifico University (Lima-Peru) and a Finance degree from New Jersey City University. She is a Certified Occupant Specialist in Public Housing and Tax Credit (CPO), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), a Certified UPCS inspector, and a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
