The Ingerman Leadership Team

As the Area Vice President, Katie McCarthy oversees property activities throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and South Jersey. Katie is responsible for more than 3,500 units, where she directs and provides guidance and leadership to her assigned portfolio. This includes working closely with Directors, Regional and Property Managers, overseeing compliance, fiscal operations, and ensuring that her portfolio of properties is maintained and operated according to the company’s objectives.

Katie joined Ingerman in 2006 as a Property Manager. Shortly after, she was promoted to District Manager, where she worked her way up to Regional Manager. Throughout her nine years as Regional Manager, she spearheaded several successful lease-ups and demonstrated advanced institutional knowledge, industry expertise, and leadership skills. During her time with the company, she has earned a well-deserved reputation for her ability to problem solve, develop her team members and generate positive results, which earned her position as the Area Vice President in 2020.

Katie attended Salisbury University, where she studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a licensed realtor in Delaware.
