Area Vice President
As the Director of Strategic Initiatives Mary is responsible for many different projects in the property management division the biggest of which are the Annual Leadership Conference and Trade Show and the Annual Maintenance Training Day. In addition to these two events, Mary also works closely with the HR Department to ensure that new hires are properly set up with the appropriate log in information to many of our outside service providers and works with our vendors to assist in the roll out of new products and initiatives as par t of their partnership with Ingerman. She also plays a role in the Apartment Industry serving on IREM Chapter 101’s Board of Directors as a Vice President, on the DAA Board of Directors, and Co-Chairs two Charitable Committees in Delaware and Pennsylvania representing the company while giving back to the apartment industry along with various other committees that she is a member of.
Mary has over 23 years of property management experience in the affordable housing industry and holds her ARM, CPO, SHCM and NAHP-e Designations. Before becoming a Director within Ingerman, she served as a Regional Manager and also a Property Manager during her 18 years with the company.
