The Ingerman Leadership Team

Christina Williams serves as the Regional Manager for a dozen Ingerman properties throughout Delaware and Maryland. Additionally, she will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all administrative, compliance, management, and fiscal operations within her assigned portfolio of properties. This includes optimizing portfolio performance vs. budget and facilitating the achievement of owner, company, and property objectives.

Christina joined Ingerman 13 years ago as the Property Manager of Capital Green and Clearfield. During that time she assisted with the successful onboarding and training of many team members and provided assistance to other properties and teammates. In 2018 she was promoted to District Manager of four Ingerman properties. Additionally, Christina received the "Multi-Site Manager of the Year" award in 2018.

Prior to beginning her career with Ingerman, Christina had been in property management since 1998. She started out her career as a part-time property manager and went on to hold various positions in which she has been able to attain a wealth of knowledge within the industry. While advancing her career from property to district manager, Christina also spent time working as a compliance manager and director to gain valuable experience in more facets of the housing industry including in Section 8, rural development, tax credit, conventional housing, and senior housing.

Christina is tax credit certified CPS and also possesses her Accredited Residential Manager Certification (ARM).
