Jim Cimbalista, RA
President of Construction
Jim Cimbalista serves as the President of Construction for Ingerman. Jim has spent his career around the design and construction of all building types. From summer internships as a laborer on construction sites to designing residential housing and commercial buildings as an Architect, his career has given him hands on experiences in all facets of the building industry.
At Ingerman, Jim directly oversees all pre-construction services including estimating, contract administration, and project management. He supports the field construction teams as well as contributing to the company’s strategic plans. He works closely with project developers to refine their project scopes and specifications.
Prior to Ingerman, Jim spent a good portion of his career with DeLuca Homes, a developer and builder of market rate housing ranging from single family and townhouses to multi-story apartment buildings. Jim’s roles at DeLuca Homes ranged from Architectural Design and Estimating to Contract Administration, Project Management and Business Operations focusing on documenting best practice procedures. Additionally, Jim served as the Vice President of Construction for Reybold Construction where he oversaw construction operations and services of the company.
As a business leader, Jim is a strategical and tactical problem solver always looking to improve operational performance while eliminating costly waste. He has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University and is registered with the National Council of Architectural Review Boards.
