The team’s expertise encompasses all aspects of the management process, from initial lease-up through ongoing resident and property services. 

IMC management portfolio includes properties located in suburban and urban locations that cater to both families and seniors. IMC has significant expertise in the operations of market rate, affordable and HUD communities. Third party management services are also an important part of the Company’s capabilities.
