Collingswood, NJ – June 10, 2021- Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, received the 2021 Preservation Achievement Award for its efforts in revitalizing Birchwood at Rodney Court in Wilmington, Delaware.

Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia actively honors individuals, organizations, businesses, and projects throughout the Philadelphia region for outstanding achievements in historic preservation. The organization’s 28th Annual Preservation Achievement Awards selected Ingerman’s Rodney Court rehabilitation as its 2021 Grand Jury Award winner.

Birchwood at Rodney Court is comprised of 51 senior apartments throughout a six-story building located at 1100 Pennsylvania Ave in New Castle County, Wilmington.
