To demonstrate this belief, we’ve developed career blueprints to depict how team members can advance within the company. These blueprints show how a junior-level individual contributor might ascend through the ranks—given a record of accomplishment, tenure with Ingerman, and opportunity—by building his or her job skills and leadership capabilities. The blueprints display functional hierarchy along with characteristics of individuals in each career stage to assist team members in recognizing the next rung on the career ladder and whether they possess the necessary abilities to qualify for advancement.
