Ingerman Honored at DAA's 2024 Diamond State Awards

Collingswood, NJ – October 30, 2024 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, received numerous honors at the Delaware Apartment Association (DAA) 2024 Diamond State Awards.

The Annual DAA Diamond State Awards celebrates the very best in apartment living by honoring the top properties and outstanding individuals who make apartment living exceptional. This year Foster Commons, a family affordable community with 60 apartments in Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware received four (4) awards including Property Manager of the Year for Kayotta West.

The Willows at Milford, formerly Cascades, a 76-unit affordable family community based in Milford, Delaware was also recognized, receiving 2nd Place in the Affordable Community of the Year category.
