Ingerman Announces the Promotion of Two Executives December 12, 2017
Collingswood, NJ – December 12, 2017 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, announced the promotion of two key executives, David DeAugustine and Joseph (Joe) DiSalvo, to new roles within the organization. David has been promoted from Chief Financial Officier to Chief Operating Officer and Joe has been promoted from Director of Field Operations to Vice President of Construction, effective immediately.
As Chief Operating Officier, David DeAugustine will assure that activities across all operating entities are well coordinated. He will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and optimizing the day-to-day functioning of Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources. This new role includes spearheading the strategic planning process, marshaling resources to achieve the company’s short-term, mid-term and long-term performance objectives, and ensuring the consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and standards.

As Vice President of Construction, Joe DiSalvo will be responsible for ensuring Ingerman Construction operates effectively and that projects are performed safely, on schedule and on budget. This includes project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and providing subject matter expertise, leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and Superintendents, who will continue to report directly to Joe.
“Joe joined Ingerman 12 years ago as a Project Manager and served most recently in the role of Director of Field Operations. During his time with Ingerman, he has overseen the construction of 23 projects totaling $213M in revenue spanning 4 states; New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Joe has built everything from duplexes, town homes, and condominiums to mid-rise apartment buildings—his specialty at Ingerman, having constructed 9 mid-rise projects in the Mid-Atlantic area. He loves providing clean, safe, and affordable housing for families, the elderly and veterans and is inspired by working with like-minded people who are passionate about fulfilling Ingerman’s Mission,” stated Drew Bennett, Vice President of Human Resources.
