Ingerman Announces the Groundbreaking of 19 East

Bayonne, NJ – February 14, 2017 – Mayor Jimmy Davis along with members of the Bayonne City Council joined Ingerman to celebrate the groundbreaking of 19 East, a 138-unit luxury rental community located in Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey. 

19 East will consist of 24 studio, 74 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom apartments located within a six-story mid-rise building. The community will offer residents a selection of high-end amenities including a lounge, fitness center, garage parking, an outdoor courtyard, private terraces, and extra storage spaces, as well as on-site leasing and management offices. 

All of the apartments will feature spacious layouts, hardwood flooring, full-size washers and dryers, modern kichens appointed with quartz countertops, mosaic tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and energy efficient amenities such as instand hot water and LED light fixtures.

The community is located off Broadway Avenue in the heart of downtown Bayonne, just two blocks from the 22nd Street Hudson–Bergen Light Rail Station and is convenient to the major highways and bridges connecting Bayoone to neighboring metropolitan distinations such as Jersey City, Newark and New York City. Additionally, Bayonne is minutes from the local City Park, Newark Bay and Bayonne Crossing shopping center. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2018.
