David DeAugustine Named President of PennDel AHMA

Collingswood, NJ – October 20, 2022 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, is excited to announce that our COO, David DeAugustine, has assumed the role of president of the nonprofit organization Penndel AHMA Board of Officers. David has proudly been a board member of PennDel since 2019, where he previously held the position of vice president.  With David’s new role as president, his responsibilities are to ensure PennDel AHMA continues to provide the very best opportunities and education for all members so they can operate with confidence while being at the forefront of the Affordable Housing industry. He will work closely with the National AHMA to confirm that their goals align with industry standards. David’s goal is to promote growth in a collaborative environment where all members participate in meaningful ways.

My vision for the organization is to continue to expand upon the opportunities in Affordable Housing and, most importantly, provide a platform for individual growth through an enhanced learning platform while working closely with state regulatory agencies to ensure PennDel AHMA is at the forefront of proposed regulations. A key part in evaluating and understanding issues is to proactively equip and inform our members so they can ensure compliance in their own companies and communities,” said David DeAugustine, Chief Operating Officer at Ingerman.
