As a Regional Property Manager in Central New Jersey, Maureen provides strategic leadership and oversees all administrative, compliance, management, and fiscal operations within her assigned portfolio of properties. This includes optimizing portfolio performance vs. budget and facilitating the achievement of owner, company, and property objectives.

Maureen has 25 years of experience in the property management field and began her career as a leasing agent, where she was then promoted to Property Manager shortly after. Maureen joined Ingerman as a Property Manager in 2007, in which she was promoted to Regional Manager.

Maureen holds the certifications of Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Certified Assisted Housing Manager (CAHM), and Certified Occupancy Specialist of Public Housing (COSP). She also holds the IREM designations of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate. Maureen has received numerous awards, such as NJAA Property Manager of the Year, Ingerman Property Manager of the Year, Ingerman Regional of the year, IREM ARM of the year, and CPM Candidate of the year. She is a recent graduate of the Ingerman Leadership Development Program.
