Christine Ramsay
Vice President of Compliance
Christine Ramsay serves as Vice President of Compliance for Ingerman. As such, she is responsible for ensuring compliance regulations are met within the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 8, Public Housing and HOME programs, and other various affordable housing programs. Christine is also responsible for establishing, implementing, and executing internal policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure that the Property Management team maintains compliance with all housing programs.
Christine first joined Ingerman in 1994 and served as a District Property Manager. In 1997, Christine worked for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) as a Housing Management Representative. While at PHFA, she gained a thorough knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other affordable housing programs. In 2003, Christine rejoined Ingerman as Director of Compliance and was charged with building and developing a Compliance Department to support the company’s growing affordable housing portfolio. Since that time she has been highly instrumental in positively supporting company growth by maintaining strong compliance practices within the property management division. In 2019, she was promoted to the position of Vice President of Compliance.
Christine possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University. In addition, she currently holds the following accreditations: Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C14P), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist in Public Housing (COSP), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM).
