Aaron serves as the Senior Asset Manager in which he is responsible for maximizing asset value throughout the portfolio. This includes collaborating with Regional Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure rents are increased, expenses are reduced, capital improvements are performed, refinancing opportunities are realized, affordable projects are converted to market rate, and any other activities that enhance asset value are well-executed.

Aaron joined Ingerman in 2014 as a Development Associate. At that time, his primary responsibilities included preparing and submitting funding applications, analyzing new development opportunities, assisting in the procurement of lending and investing partners, coordinating financial closings of debt and equity, and assisting with various construction and management-related efforts. Aaron was also responsible for overseeing the interior design selections on all new construction projects. In 2020, he was promoted to the position of Senior Asset Manager.

Aaron holds a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
