Three Ingerman Properties Honored at the PAA Best of Living Awards October 14, 2021
Collingswood, NJ – October 14, 2021 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, won Silver, Gold and Platinum Awards for Overall Excellence at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s (PAA) Best of Apartment Living Awards.
Every year the PAA celebrates the best communities throughout the state and three of Ingerman’s communities across York, Lancaster and Montgomery County, were recognized for Overall Excellence in Apartment Living.
Carriage Works, an 80-unit factory conversion with mixed-income rentals based in York County, PA won Platinum. Willow Run, a 72-unit mixed-income community based in Lancaster County, PA won Gold. The Willows at Reliance Crossing, a 56-unit community with low-to-moderate income affordable rentals located in Montgomery County, PA won Silver. All within the Overall Excellence for under 150-units category, recognizing everything from curb appeal and unit condition to maintenance and leasing performance. The community’s reputation with residents and the community is also taken into account.

The PAA is a non-profit trade organization representing multifamily housing owners, managers, and developers across Pennsylvania. Their mission is to serve the multifamily housing industry; providing educational programs for community managers and employees, and to disseminate necessary information for its members to continuously be informed about issues critical to the industry. Once a year the organization celebrates the best of the best in the industry throughout the entire state at the Best of Pennsylvania Apartment Living annual awards celebration.
