The Willows at Landisville Honored at the PAA Keystone Awards September 25, 2023
Harrisburg, PA – September 25, 2023 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, was awarded first place in ‘Overall Excellence’ by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s (PAA) at the 2023 Keystone Awards for its The Willows at Landisville community.
Every year the PAA showcases the ‘best of the best’ in multifamily living throughout the state of Pennsylvania and this year they recognized Ingerman’s mixed-income housing community in Lancaster County for Overall Excellence in Apartment Living.
Completed in 2018, The Willows at Landisville is a 60-unit rental community located in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across five residential low-rise buildings in a variety of income restricted tiers as well as unrestricted market rates. Additionally, its Passive House design allows residents to maximize their efficiency and keep costs low. Other features include a community building with a resident lounge, fitness center, supportive service and management offices. There’s a playground, off-street parking, and walking trails connecting to a nearby park as well as ample green space for resident activities.
The Overall Excellence category considers many factors including curb appeal, unit condition, amenities, customer service, and maintenance performance. The community’s reputation with residents and the community is also taken into account.

The PAA is a non-profit trade organization representing multifamily housing owners, managers, and developers across Pennsylvania. Once a year the organization celebrates the best of the best in the industry at the Keystone Awards Gala.
