New Regional Manager Starts at Ingerman February 13, 2019
Collingswood, NJ – February 13, 2019 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, announced today that Tracy Joyce has joined Ingerman as a Regional Manager.
In this role, Tracy will report to David DeAugustine, Chief Operating Officer, and be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all administrative, compliance, management, and fiscal operations within her assigned portfolio of properties. This includes optimizing portfolio performance vs. budget and facilitating the achievement of owner, company, and property objectives. Tracy’s portfolio will consist of roughly a dozen communities across the Philadelphia and Camden regions.
Prior to joining Ingerman, Tracy spent over four years at Conifer Realty. During her time at Conifer, she was promoted from Senior Community Manager to Area Manager to Regional Manager. As Regional Manager, Tracy oversaw 28 properties and approximately 3,000 units in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, she supervised about 60 employees and was highly-instrumental in their personal and professional development. Before that, Tracy served as Area Manager for Vanguard Realty with day-to-day responsibility for five properties. Throughout the course of her career, she has earned a well-deserved reputation for possessing advanced communication skills, a strong bias for action, the ability to collaborate across various levels within an organization, and a willingness to embrace change.
Tracy possesses a New Jersey Real Estate License and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in the affordable housing industry through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Additionally, she is a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate.
