Medford Welcomes Its Newest Affordable Family Community September 15, 2022
Medford, NJ – September 15, 2022 – Earlier this year, Ingerman, award-winning builder and manager of multifamily rental communities, began leasing its newest affordable family rental community, The Willows at Hartford Road. This community will be the third affordable rental community Ingerman has built in Medford, New Jersey.
The $10.5 million project anticipates construction will be fully completed by this fall. The development was financed through 4% tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing provided by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA), along with financing from the Master Developer, Timber Ridge Homes.
Nestled in the desirable South Jersey suburbs, The Willows at Hartford Road is a 48-unit affordable rental community in Medford, Burlington County. The community features one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across two three-story, 24-unit buildings with a variety of spacious floorplans, open kitchen layouts with breakfast bars, walk-in closets, washers & dryers, and energy-efficient appliances and finishes. The pet-friendly community has a separate clubhouse with a fitness center, on-site management, maintenance offices, and offers plenty of off-street parking. There will also be outdoor recreation space with a playground being installed this fall.
According to niche.com, Medford Township is considered one of “The Best Places to Live in New Jersey” and this community capitalizes on its location by being able to offer a tranquil woodland setting with modern conveniences just a stone’s throw away at the adjacent shopping centers and plazas. Conveniently located off Route-70, resident’s commute is roughly 20 miles to the city of Philadelphia and 40 miles to the shoreline, with many Jersey Shore destinations less than an hour away. Additionally, residents have easy access to retail essentials like drug stores, banks and coffee shops, as well as many dining, entertainment, academic, medical and recreation facilities.
