Ingerman Communities Recognized at NJAA 2017 Garden State Awards

Collingswood, NJ – November 7, 2017 – Ingerman, a leading developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, was honored with two wins at the New Jersey Apartment Association's (NJAA) 2017 Garden State Awards. Presented each year by the NJAA, the awards recognize industry professionals and properties that represent the best in multifamily rental housing within New Jersey.

The Willows at Wesmont Station, Ingerman’s affordable family rental community in Wood-Ridge, Bergen County, won the award for Best Curb Appeal. Part of the Wesmont Station mixed-use complex with retail stores, a variety of housing options and a train station, The Willows is a 104-unit income restricted community that offers a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, off-street parking, a resident lounge, fitness center and is pet friendly.

Additionally, the team at Willow Pond Village, an Ingerman family rental community in Perth Amboy, Middlesex County, was honored with the award for Excellence in Property Management. Willow Pond Village consists of several residential buildings containing 70 rentals in a variety of floorplans. Amenities include surface lot parking, a playground, abundant green space, a resident lounge and a fitness center. Both this community and Wesmont Station offer on-site management and maintenance as well as resident service programs.
