Ingerman Announces the Grand Opening of View 22 October 20, 2023
Clinton, NJ – October 19, 2023 – Ingerman was joined by Mayor Janice Kovach and Town of Clinton officials to celebrate the grand opening of a new mixed-use community with both apartment rentals and retail space, located at the former A&P site located on Old Route-22 in the Town of Clinton, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
The 120-unit community offers a large variety of one- and two-bedroom floorplans as well as a handful of three-bedrooms, all with high ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, LED lighting, washers and dryers, private outdoor space, and premium finishes with energy efficient and smart home technology throughout.
The community amenities include a resident clubhouse with lounge and entertaining space, fitness center with a yoga studio, pet wash room, a bark park, and an outdoor courtyard featuring a pool, furnished patio, bbq grills and game tables. Additionally, residents have option to rent off-street parking spaces along with electric car charging stations, have a business center and office pods at their disposal, storage lockers, package receiving that includes cold storage, electronic concierge system, valet living services, and have full-time management services on-site.
There is roughly 5,000 square feet of retail space on the premises. The “retail corridor” offers space for up to five businesses to bring local goods and services to the residents of the community and the townspeople of Clinton. There are plans to complete the space and bring in tenants by year’s end and early 2024.
