President Ingerman Management Company
As President of Ingerman Management Company, Marty Josephs manages the daily operations for a portfolio of nearly 60 rental properties. His responsibilities include supervising a staff of senior executives, handling all personnel matters, overseeing leasing and marketing, approving annual budgets, monitoring monthly financial performance, and assuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
Marty brings nearly 20 years of senior-level management experience in the real estate industry to his role, including operations management, marketing and sales, development and acquisitions experience in the commercial, residential, retail and healthcare sectors.
Prior to joining Ingerman, Marty was a Vice President for Pennrose Management Company, a regional development and management company, where he had operational responsibility for a portfolio of 40 properties. He also previously worked for The Shelter Group as regional vice president of operations. His commercial real estate experience includes working for Jones Lang LaSalle, where he managed a mixed-use commercial and retail complex in Towson, Maryland.
Marty holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, a Master’s in Business Administration from Temple University, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently is on the Board of Directors for PennDel AHAMA and formerly served on the BOMA Baltimore Board of Directors.
